HVAC Tune-Up & Seasonal Maintenance
Don't wait for a breakdown. Regular HVAC maintenance keeps your system running efficiently, extends its lifespan, and prevents expensive emergency repairs.
What's Included in a Tune-Up
A proper HVAC tune-up is more than changing a filter and calling it done. Our NATE-certified technicians perform a comprehensive inspection of every major component to catch problems before they become failures.
AC Tune-Up (Spring)
- Inspect and clean evaporator and condenser coils
- Check and adjust refrigerant charge
- Test capacitors and contactors
- Inspect and lubricate all moving parts
- Check thermostat calibration and operation
- Inspect electrical connections and wiring
- Clean condensate drain line
- Measure airflow and temperature differential
- Inspect and replace air filter if needed
Furnace Tune-Up (Fall)
- Inspect heat exchanger for cracks
- Clean and adjust burners
- Test ignitor and flame sensor
- Check gas pressure and adjust if needed
- Inspect and lubricate blower motor
- Check all safety controls and limits
- Test thermostat operation
- Inspect flue pipe and venting
- Replace air filter
The Real Cost of Skipping Maintenance
Studies show that 75% of no-heat service calls in winter are on systems that haven't been maintained. A $89-$149 tune-up can prevent a $400-$1,500 emergency repair call on a Saturday night in January. Beyond emergency savings, properly maintained systems use 10-15% less energy and last 3-5 years longer than neglected systems.
